Please, before completing the registration template, read the guidelines

Participants are welcomed to submit abstracts for both oral and poster presentations as well as to send your scientific image for the contest. All the template submission is open from February 28 to July 27, 2019. Once the payment has been made and your abstract accepted, you must register on the congress website (below).

Guidelines

Poster presentation

► Abstracts must be submitted online through the Nanotech website (go above for submission).

► Abstracts must be submitted in English by the presenting author.

► All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee.

► Authors will be notified as to whether their abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation.

► Poster sizeThe recommended poster size is A0 portrait whose dimensions are 1189 mm (46") X 841 mm (33"). Please ensure that your poster does not exceed these dimensions. It is recommended that you leave a margin of at least 7.5 cm (3"). When preparing your poster consider how much of your poster will be visible at eye level.

► Poster Panel AllocationA numbered panel will be allocated to fix posters for each participant (different from the abstract number you have been assigned) and staff will be at hand to assist you with the allocation.

► Poster Fixing: Please ask the staff for assistance or bring your own tape or clips.

► Abstract submission format: To download the template for abstract, click on the button above (abstract template).

Title: Author(s): Must be listed using uppercase and lowercase letters in the following format: Initials and last name, the presenting author's name must be underlined.

Affiliations: Must be listed immediately below the Author(s), including the corresponding postal address.

Abstract: Must not exceed 300 words excluding title, authors, degrees and affiliations, etc. Please provide an accurate email address for the presenting author.

Keywords: Add up to 3 keywords related to the abstract.

Note: Please provide an accurate email address of the presenting author.

Avoid using abbreviations for name and last name, provide your full name.This information is needed to generate official documents such as acceptance letters and/or "course, assistance, and poster certificates".

 

Oral Presentations
